Who we are

MAGDRY is a UK business selling the MAGDRY magnetic gym towel. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are. Our products are sold through Amazon; purchases and reviews on Amazon are handled by Amazon under Amazon's privacy notice, not this one.

What we collect and why

Contact form. When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you type. We use these solely to reply to your enquiry. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and which buttons are clicked. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name. Google may set cookies in your browser for this purpose.

We do not collect payment details, account details or any other personal information through this website.

Who processes your data

  • Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
  • Google — provides our email (Gmail) and website analytics. See the Google privacy policy.
  • GitHub Pages — hosts this website and may log IP addresses for security purposes.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, and Web3Forms automatically deletes its copy after 7 days. We do not keep a record of past enquiries. Analytics data is retained by Google for up to 14 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do so, send a message through the contact form and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

This site uses cookies only for Google Analytics. You can block them in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; the site works normally without them.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and the date at the top.
